Studying is a very important part of our life. While it can be done at any time, mostly people study during the morning or some people prefer to study at night. but there are many debates about which is better, morning or evening study? If we talk about studying in the morning, It feels different to wake up early and grab a cup of coffee while sitting to study. It becomes very helpful because the early morning study is done after a good sleep during the night.
Even the research also suggest for that morning study helps to stay focused and stay away from destractions because the environment is very quite. It creates a positive day and good mood with a sense of accomplishment.
Advantages of early morning study.
The biggest advantage of morning study is that it reduces stress and burden of studies during the whole day as you have completed it during the start of your day. Now, you’ll feel free and light.
The next good thing about studying in the morning is you will stay ahead of time. The morning sunlight exposure helps you to stay motivated and builds your discipline for the long run. It also improves your academic performance.
Studying in the morning helps you to enjoy your evenings without any guilt which will improve your overall balance and give you time to enjoy and rest.

Disadvantages of morning study.

Morning study requires strict discipline and it can be challenging if you don’t have enough sleep. This might cause burnouts, tiredness and can feel exhausted.
If you have a problem of oversleeping, then morning study feels very hard. You might not stay focused and your concentration levels might become very low during that time.
Morning study becomes less productive when you have lack of clarity and improper plan. It requires proper dedication and interest.

Night Study
Night study is my most favorite method of studying. I personally prefer to study during nights because of less noise and peaceful environment. It is very helpful for students those who don’t like to study during the morning and even for those who have commitments during the day time.
Advantages of night study.
Studying during night becomes highly productive and also it helps you to stay focused and you get more time to cover up the topics. It is specially beneficial for those who stay awake during the nights. For people who are night owls and their day is packed up with work and do not have time during the day can easily choose to study at night.
For topics which are very hard and technical such as mathematics and physics which require a calm atmosphere then night study is the key. Night study is very helpful when you are doing group study. Especially one can take equal breaks during their study sessions.
It is highly effective when you have exams the next morning. My key is that, I study during nights when I have exams. This gives me an edge over others who are sleeping and they want to study in the morning. It also helps in revising the topics and stay confident in the exam hall.
Dis-advantages of night study.
Staying awake during the nights might cause sleep disruptions and can disturb your sleep cycle. It can become a very bad habit if practiced regularly. You may feel tired during the morning and your day might go less productive.
It is often unhealthy because one may take caffeine to stay awake and to stay focused. You may also feel disconnected from your loved once as they follow day time routine.
Staying awake during nights can make you sleep at the day time and you may miss the natural daylight. Regular practice of night study can lower your retention and focus as you may feel tired.
